My car was brought in for diagnostics and second round of fix of breaks as part of recall since issue came back. Car was at the dealership for 5 days and no diagnostics was provided nor breaks were fixed. I tried for ask for loaner but that wasn’t offered either or a even approximate date when i can expect my car to be looked at. This is at the top of worst experience in terms customer satisfaction.

Staff professional & courteous, however 3 and a half hours for just an oil change is too long. Also disappointed since in the past my vehicle was always washed before being returned and it was not this time.

Great waiting area w/coffee or tea and tv!I know it was probably an oversight but they removed my old windshield mileage and due sticker and never installed a new sticker!I will try and stop by the dealership next week.Overall I give them a very good job!!

Discussion with the salesman and the sales manager were very straightforward. There was no bait and no switch. The price we were given remained unchanged throughout the process. It was a no stress no pressure experience. On the downside, it took 28 days to get the car. It was not the dealer’s fault but what was the dealer’s fault was that we were not kept informed as to what was going on. In sum, the next time I wish to purchase a car, I will go willingly back to Paul Miller but if I am buying a vehicle not on the lot, I will be more proactive in pursuing concrete information about when I will get my car.

The services received at this location was horrible! The male intake person was not friendly nor welcoming. He was polite in his mannerism and didn't even ask what's the problem and how can we help. He was rude and displayed racism and bias approach. This was demonstrated when after several customers cars were finished He brought their keys to them and explained in detail what services were provided, next he offered them future plans for car services. He did not offer the same services to me He didn't even care to explain what services were done to my car. He talked to the other customers not me. When I received my car report he didn't care to explain what had happened and I personally had to ask him questions about it. He wasn't even knowledgeable about the car services on the report. Or he was pretending. All in all, I will not be recommending this place for business and my breaks were not serviced as I told him to look into.This car was brought brand new from this place, how is it that my breaks are making noise at this point? It's still new? Please explain. I will not be coming back!
