    Reviews:
    * If your pickup’s capabilities are more important to you than its fancy styling or cushy interior, the 2012 Chevrolet Colorado is a truck that should be in your driveway. Those worried about the cost associated with driving a pickup will appreciate the base model’s impressive fuel economy and surprisingly strong 4-cylinder engine. Source: KBB.com
    * Affordable; strong V8 performance; wide variety of configurations. Source: Edmunds

    • Great Truck

ive had this truck for 4.5 years and the mileage has gone from 59K to 147K since ive had it. The only thing Ive needed done outside the routine maintenance is a new throttle body and a thermostat. It isnt particularly fun to drive and doesnt have a ton of power, but thats not something you can expect to get in a 2wd 5 cyl pickup truck. What it lacks in performance it makes up for in reliability and mpg. I also use it to tow an 18' aluminum boat and it does the job just fine, never had an issues pulling the boat up the ramp. I bought this truck because i needed something cheap to run but that could still do everything i needed it to as a pickup and it has been better than i could have hoped. Im currently looking to upgrade to a full size pickup but feel confident that my colorado could go for another 100k miles.

We bought this truck in 2012. It had about 45,000 miles. It has 100,000 miles now and performs beautifully.

I'm 79 years old and don't need a truck any longer. I bought this truck new and have always treated it gently. It has 4 wheel drive, bucket seats, bed liner, fiberglass camper cap with drop-down window in front, chrome wheels, not a single parking lot ding on the sides, trailer hitch package with lighting hook-up. Color: Inferno Orange. Stands out in a parking lot!
